VennDiagram is a dedicated toolkit in R language for generating high-resolution Venn diagrams and Euler diagrams. It supports the drawing of Venn diagrams for 2 to 5 sets and provides handling capabilities for special cases, including proportional scaling of two sets. Users can highly customize the shape, structure, color, and labels of the graphics through a variety of parameters. The generated graphics by VennDiagram are suitable for publication and presentation scenarios and are widely used in bioinformatics tasks such as intersection analysis of differentially expressed gene sets and overlapping analysis of multi-omics data.
