Pong is a Python tool used in population genetics for quickly analyzing and visualizing potential clusters (such as the output results of ADMIXTURE). It provides an interactive web interface, which helps researchers intuitively compare the clustering results under different K values, view the changes in individual ancestral composition, and evaluate the stability of the clustering results. Pong supports macOS, Linux, and Windows platforms and can be easily installed via PyPI. This tool greatly simplifies the process of parsing and visualizing the output results of software such as ADMIXTURE.
