PlantscRNAdb is a plant single-cell RNA-Seq database developed by Zhejiang University, which specifically collects and organizes information on marker genes for plant cell types. This database integrates published single-cell transcriptome data of plants and provides users with query and visualization services for cell type-specific marker genes. PlantscRNAdb covers cell marker gene information for multiple important plant species such as Arabidopsis thaliana, rice, and corn, and is an important reference resource for cell type annotation and marker gene screening in plant single-cell research.
